Amalgam Recruitment follows a detailed and specific recruitment process for all placements – whether labour hire, contract or permanent placement.
1. Identify
Amalgam Recruitment collaborate with you on workplace planning, forward scheduling and staff budgeting. We work with you to identify your talent requirements.

Amalgam has an extensive database of candidates and uses innovative attraction strategies to present opportunity to a wide range of job seekers. Through detailed reference checking and with access to Australia’s largest library of tests, Amalgam verifies the credentials of all job applicants. 6. Place

First day on the job, waiting to induct a new starter or needing to make introductions to key people, Amalgam Recruitment consultants can participate or advise to make the first day as smooth as possible.
